The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Valuations and Portfolio Services Manager, this is an integral part of our asset management team supporting the operational management of our Australian Industrial portfolio nationally. This role is responsible for managing and analysing capital expenditure operations, portfolio analysis and providing analytical support to the Operations Teams for capital works and maintenance delivery.

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:
Safety and Service Provider management including ensuring Frasers policies are adhered to and maintaining service provider instructions
Update risk and asset registers; record and report incidents in safety management system
Manage asset warranty documents for new developments
Onboard new developments from DLP to CMMS for smooth transition from construction to operations
Support Procurement in establishing maintenance contracts, preparation and sourcing contractor quotes for maintenance and tracking of service delivery and KPIs
Working with Operations Managers, Asset Managers and Property Managers to review budgets and expenditure
Assist with tendering process for maintenance and capital works
Reporting including monthly management reports for Capex, maintenance tickets and inspections; providing analytical insights and commentary
Develop and manager property and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with sustainability teams and assist with data gathering and consolidation for purpose of Greenstar Performance, GRESB reporting and corporate sustainability reporting
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Tertiary qualification in a related field highly regarded but not essential
Demonstrated experience as a data analyst with advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis; real estate, commercial property or facilities management highly regarded
Knowledge or experience in OHS or relevant training
Strong understanding of operational budgets and expenditure; demonstrated experience managing service providers and contracts
Proficient with MS Office Suites with an ability to read and interpret data in Excel
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
