Your Role As the Head of Department - Teaching & Learning (Engagement & MTSS), you are responsible for leading the delivery of evidence-based strategies and approaches for engagement and behaviour support in order to build safe, supportive and disciplined school learning environments for all students across 2 campuses. This unique opportunity includes the development of staff capability (engagement), alignment of multi-tiered systems of support, and leadership of Positive Behaviour for Learning across campuses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
