We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and caring people to provide and maintain high quality care to our clients on a long-term basis. About the Role Provide support in the day to day lives of people with disabilities, including;Assistance with medications Assistance with Health & Rehab exercisesProgress notes / record chart management Assisting Medical / Allied Health Appointments Transportation & participation in community access activities Domestic Assistance duties (preparing meals/cooking/cleaning) High Care Specific Requirements: Experienced and Certified in working with Neuromuscular disabilities, Spinal Cord Injuries, Neurological/ Intellectual, Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Hoisting, personal cares, continence, enema insertion, digital stimulation, skin integrity monitoring Experience working with clients with complex wounds, bowels/bladder and PEG management.Monitoring client's behavior in order to attend to their needs and monitor their health.
