DLA Piper’s Litigation and Regulatory practice, is looking for a Solicitor to join their growing Sydney team. You will work closely with our Sydney Managing Partner James Morse as well as one of our leading litigation and regulatory practitioners, Carmen Elder. In addition, you will be part of one of the largest Litigation and regulatory practices in the world with dedicated lawyers working across key global jurisdictions.
We are looking for candidates who are dynamic and motivated, with at least 2 – 4 years PQE experience in either a private practice or in-house legal team. You will be a highly effective communicator and a team player. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of Insurance and dispute resolution matters, specialising in areas such as director and officer (D&O) liability, professional liability, commercial litigation and indemnity advice.
