ABOUT THE POSITION. Due to their recent expansion, this consultancy is seeking a senior to be upskill and developed into a leadership role, with plans to continuously promote and grow to become a key figure of this consultancy in the near future. You will be mangining projects from start to finish whilst liasiing with clients to ensure a timely finish. In addition to this you will conducting geotechnical reports, assist in geotechnical designs as well assist in the development of Junior Engineers. DUTIES. Perform geotechnical analysis, calculations and designs Prepare detailed reports and recommendation from gathered data Produce numerical modelling Liaise with the broader multidiscipline team to ensure cohesion on project delivery Manage, train and guide Junior Geotechnical Engineers Assist in operational matters when needed Design foundations, retaining walls and other geotechnical structures Coordinate site investigations and field tests Communicate and consult with existing and new clientele SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Proven experience leading a team within a consultancy (ideal) Bachelor Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Proficiency with GeoStudio, Wallap, Plaxis 2d/3d and Leapfrog Strong verbal and written communication CPEng (Ideal) Current NSW driver’s license.
