Clinical Nurse Consultant: Prostate Cancer Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and education to individuals and carers from diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout treatment journey.
* Incorporate advanced knowledge and skills in supportive care, including information and education, psychological support, and clinical care.
* Facilitate and provide quality and cost-effective nursing and/or midwifery services consistent with contemporary standards, guidelines, legislation, and best practice.
About the Role:
This Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) position works as part of a multidisciplinary team providing specialized nursing and/or midwifery services to individuals with prostate cancer.
The CNC is responsible for providing tailored information and education, psychological support, and clinical care to individuals and their carers throughout the treatment journey.
Requirements:
* Experience working in oncology or palliative care.
* Advanced knowledge and skills in supportive care.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
