About the role
The Business Support Officer will provide high-quality administrative and business support to the Business Manager. The successful candidate will also have proven customer service skills and be able to provide assistance to customers regarding products and services.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administration related to the operation of Water Partners trading platforms including Accounts Payable transactions, contract management and correspondence
* Coordinate, administer and maintain records of all traders ensuring compliance and privacy are maintained at all times
* Uploading and matching offers for sale and purchase on the website
* Providing assistance to customers regarding products and services
* Provide assistance and support for Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Other tasks as directed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience
Experience:
* Previous experience in office administration in a legal, real estate, or finance setting
* Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
* Experience in maintaining compliance levels, reconciliations and high audit standards
Skills:
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
* Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication
* Organised and able to meet deadlines
* Proven customer service skills with an engaging personality
* Previous experience in Trust Account management an advantage
* Be adaptive and a team player willing to assist to reach the desired goal or outcome
