This role sits within our new state of the art recycling facility, converting plastic waste into plastic resin.About this opportunity Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for managing operations during their shift. One of four Team Leaders operating 24/5 & 24/7 operations at this Greenfield, state of the art recycling facility, the Team Leader will be a natural and engaging leader, adept at delivering the operational requirements of their shift.
