We foster a true sense of belonging in our communities, ensuring residents feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.Our communities are respectful, friendly and appreciate the value of connecting to those around them.The Role: Resident Experience CoordinatorThis is a full-time, permanent position responsible for providing exceptional resident experiences through genuine customer service.You will be the first point of contact for residents and ensure the efficient operation of reception.Welcome every resident to Ingenia Rentals, explaining the community, surrounding area, amenities and activities.Conduct showings for vacant homes.Liaise with prospective tenants and advise on availability.Process tenancy applications.Organise exit cleans and other repairs as needed.Ensure seamless and efficient move-ins and move-outs, following correct procedures.Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, vacated rooms, common areas and gates.Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, community disturbances, washing tokens, etc.Carry out routine walk-around and perimeter checks to ensure all residents and guests abide by site rules.Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas, etc.Use computer programs (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.Attend to general receptionist duties including answering calls and emails, filing and any other duties assigned by management.About YouWe are looking for someone with:Excellent customer service and sales skills.Confidence in decision-making and ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive team player.Well-organised and time-conscious.Confident and proficient at dealing with people.
