Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
* Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
* Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations
* Assisting with invoicing clients, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable
* Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
* Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
Skills & Experience:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
* Strong verbal and written communication, as admins often interact with various stakeholders
* Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
* Aptitude for identifying issues and developing solutions to address challenges in day-to-day operations.
