Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
* Order Execution: Accurately interpreting customer orders, ensuring correct product selection and timely dispatch.
* Customer Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing guidance, and directing requests to the appropriate teams.
* Reporting & Data Management: Maintaining job registers, document management, and supporting periodic invoicing activities.
* Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
* Collaboration & Support: Assisting internal teams with strong product knowledge and customer-focused solutions.
* Process Improvement: Supporting office initiatives, including team events, to foster a positive work culture.
* Critical Order Management: Escalating high-priority orders and keeping customers informed of progress.
About You:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional with:
* Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, such as internal sales, parts interpretation, or customer support.
* Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, ideally with experience in SAP, PRONTO, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Problem-Solving Ability: A strategic thinker who can manage complex customer queries efficiently.
* Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first attitude, and conflict resolution capabilities.
* Action-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach with a passion for delivering results.
