Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Lead and refine comprehensive marketing strategies, including brand personality, design, and digital marketing. Collaborate with the Executive and Leadership teams to ensure alignment and support of the company's broader objectives. Direct and Indirect Marketing Develop and implement strategies for leveraging indirect market approaches through partnerships, including cultivating relationships with key industry players to facilitate data acquisition, lead generation, pipeline nurturing, revenue generation and brand recognition. Oversee partnerships to maximise their potential as strategic growth and market penetration sources. Manage direct advertising campaigns across digital channels, ensuring outcomes and performance align with goals. Strategically manage the marketing budget to maximise return on investment. Event Management and Participation Oversee and enhance the company's participation in key industry events, ensuring strategic alignment with growth goals. Utilise events as a pivotal platform for data acquisition, lead generation, pipeline nurturing, revenue generation, brand recognition, and strengthening relationships with customers and partners. Content Creation Collaborate with design, copywriting and video production teams to develop impactful marketing assets such as graphics, videos, infographics, webinars, and collateral that support marketing initiatives and product launches. Co-ordinate creation to ensure optimised content is released to the market, synchronised with the marketing calendar, customised to best suit the digital channels it is published through, and always driving a call to action aligned to data acquisition, lead generation, pipeline nurturing, revenue generation and brand recognition objectives. Market Analysis and Consumer Insights Gather and analyse user feedback and internal data insights to identify opportunities to guide marketing activities. Monitor market trends and consumer behaviour to enhance marketing efforts and ensure effective marketing strategy. Stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies to foster innovation within the marketing department. Campaign and Customer Interaction Management Plan and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across various digital channels to engage the market and effectively communicate value. Implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximise customer engagement and data acquisition, lead generation, pipeline nurturing, revenue generation and brand recognition objectives. Effective Stakeholder Management Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partner & Event, Technology Platforms, and Executive teams to create, implement, and execute the marketing strategy. Ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing strategies across departments through effective communication. Team Leadership and Development Develop a high-performing marketing team by setting clear goals, promoting a culture of success, ensuring accountability and leading from the front. Effectively set marketing strategy against data insights, maintaining a culture of creativity and imagination, and fostering a Marketing Team and organisation-wide mechanism to continuously capture and trial new ideas to drive brand recognition, value perception and call to action. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and leadership. Be a hands-on leader not just a task manager. Able to negotiate budget to align to strategy and balance spend against goal and execution objectives. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, adept at articulating strategy and gaining buy-in. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, web, mobile application, CRM, and email. Creative and strategic thinker, able to develop innovative solutions and strategies. Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience within the Education Technology, Dentistry, Medical or parallel industries preferred, with proven success in Campaign Management, including Social Media, Viral, & 'outside the box' marketing programs.
