The Harvey Norman Darwin Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused GIR Clerk to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
Responsibilities:
As a GIR Clerk, you will:
1. Have a good understanding of receipting, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
2. Ensure effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks.
To be successful you must:
1. Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
2. Enjoy working in a team environment.
What we require:
1. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
2. Be highly organised and possess great time management skills.
3. Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
4. Experience in receipt and dispatch of merchandise.
5. A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
6. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a 'can do' attitude.
7. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
8. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades.
