Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Devising effective strategies for marketing rental properties
* Nurturing client relationships (inclusive of prospective and existing tenants as well as property owners)
* Handling telephone and email inquiries
* Coordinating rental inspection schedules that best fit particular properties
* Conduct rental inspections throughout weekdays and weekends
* Facilitating effective communication between landlords and tenants
* Meticulously processing rental applications
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Possession of a Certificate of Registration
* Valid Driver's License
* Proficiency in multitasking and time management
* Display of professionalism in demeanor and impeccable personal presentation
* Superlative communication proficiencies
* Exceptional teamwork
