An Event Assistant supports the organisation, planning and communications involved with managing conferences and events. You will be trained and supported to successfully: Manage the delegate registration process using EventsAir software, including creating and updating databases, online registration forms and documentsRespond effectively and efficiently to email and phone enquiriesGain financial skills through reconciliation and reporting of income receivedManage and grow client databases through interesting global research workProvide onsite support for registration and accommodation Learn additional administrative skill sets that will equip you to develop in your early careerGrow and develop your skills and experience through ongoing training, professional development and industry exposureIf you already have experience in any of these areas mentioned, please mention them in your cover letter to us.
