Theservice will provide a Midwifery Birth Centre for women within ourcatchment area providing excellence in continuity of care frompregnancy through to birth by the same midwife for each woman. Thismodel of care is the first of its’ kind offered within the WAHealth public sector.
We are seeking to establisha pool of experienced, passionate and caring Registered Midwives(Endorsed) to join our Midwifery Birth Centre team providingevidence based and high-quality patient care as autonomouspractitioners. If you have current AHPRA registration as RegisteredMidwife with ‘Endorsement’ to prescribe schedule 2,3,5and 8 medications required for midwifery practice across pregnancy,labour, birth and postnatal care, then we would like to hear fromyou.
Our new Midwifery BirthCentre is located at Bentley Health Service/Hospital within a localcommunity setting with dedicated and upgraded facilities for womenaccessing our services. Services include antenatal,intrapartum/birthing and postnatal.

Eligibility andEquality
