Job Description
In response to rapid economic growth in Greater Bendigo, we are looking for a star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Bendigo office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monday to Friday working hours with no weekend work
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Assist in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Bendigo
* Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
* Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing and selling of properties including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums and videos
Qualifications
We are seeking an individual who:
* Does not need to have real estate experience; we are looking for the right individual
* Ideally has current experience in a commercial or B2B sales role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry
* Is a natural hunter
* Is an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Has a willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* Currently holds a real estate license or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or is willing to study to become a certified agent
* Is entrepreneurial and commercially astute
