We're looking for an all-around administrator to join a business that provides temporary edge protection, based in Narangba. They have recently launched an online retail store for safety gear and they are looking for an Office all-arounder administrator. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with field staff: Coordinate with our Sales Manager and Installer. Booking & scheduling: Manage bookings, pricing, and communication with both internal staff and clients. Administrative tasks: Create purchase orders, track and enter invoices, and manage installation, dismantle, and hire schedules. Documentation: Produce project-specific safety and handover documents. Retail support: Help set up and maintain the retail showroom. Assist with data entry and stock management for our online and physical safety equipment store. Receive deliveries. Handle occasional walk-ins and assist with retail purchases (eventually). Deflect solicitors/hawkers as needed. Candidate Criteria: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Minimum of 2 years experience in a Reception/Admin role Proficiency in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite and various project management tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
