Job details DIDO to Biloela Monday to Friday roster Accommodation provided About the role WorkPac are seeking a Safety Advisor for our Biloela client for a 6 month duration.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate safety programs to fulfill contractual obligations.
Maintain relevant safety registers to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
Provide regular WHS statistical reports to the management team, ensuring up-to-date safety information.
Develop, implement, and maintain Chain of Responsibility (CoR) processes and plans to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee document control management to ensure all safety documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed and created as needed to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in the creation of incident reports and ensure that safety protocols are followed during incidents.
Monitor compliance with safety standards and recommend improvements when necessary.
Attend coal mine sites when required, especially in the event of an incident, to provide support and ensure safety measures are followed.
Work as part of a team and individually to meet the safety requirements of the site and the business.
Contribute to the success and business growth of the organization by maintaining high safety standards and efficient administrative support.
Be available to work outside of ordinary hours when required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to safety.
Skills & Experience required Current Driver's License Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety Coal Board Medical Standard 11 First Aid Certification HLTPAT005 - Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing Extensive experience and knowledge regarding workplace administrative support functions Knowledge and understanding of HSEQ, Training & Compliance, and Operational role structures Intermediate computer skills (including proficiency in Excel) Excellent time management and planning High-level customer service and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and highly organized Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally How to Apply Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Call Tiffany Parker on 07 4979 8602 or email ****** quoting the below reference number.
