About the role We are currently looking for a dynamic Brand Manager - Retail to join the team for 12 months and lead the development and execution of retail campaigns. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of our omni-channel strategies, driving both customer engagement and business growth across Owned, Paid, Earned, and Shared Media Channels. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Dealer Network Support: Partner with Subaru Business Managers to activate local PMA campaigns, providing support and guidance to the dealer network. Parts Campaigns: Lead the Parts Sales Team in creating B2B parts category campaigns, targeting both wholesale dealers and trade customers. Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze retail customer journey activities, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Media, Insights, Digital, and Customer Experience Teams to ensure integrated, data-driven campaign execution. Competitor & Market Insights: Conduct analysis on competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Budget Management: Manage the advertising and promotional budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources. About you Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns, ideally in automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG, or luxury brand environments. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager (Retail). Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a customer-centric approach to marketing. Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance. Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within set financial frameworks.
