Australian Outdoor Living is looking to appoint a reliable and passionate Sales Manager to lead and grow a successful team of in-home Sales Consultants within our Blinds, Roller Shutters & Artificial Lawn divisions. ABOUT THE ROLE Team Growth and Excellence: Expand the existing sales team to establish a high-performing unit focused on excellence and goal achievement. Recruit and onboard new members to ensure the team is adequately equipped for market opportunities. Ensure maintenance of brand integrity while maximising market opportunities. People Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership to support and guide the sales team establishing a High-Performance Culture. Provide ongoing training and support for continuous development, emphasizing the application of an established professional sales process. ABOUT YOU Proven Success: Previous experience in a similar role and with in-home selling is highly desirable. Flexibility: Be available to work outside of standard business hours, including Saturdays when required. Sales skills: Successful track record in concept selling and in-home sales consultations.
