The role is responsible for providing high quality product by ensuring that the processing plant is operated in a safe and efficient manner. Reporting to the Processing Plant Shift Supervisor, this is a FIFO role from Perth (or DIDO from surrounding areas) working on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster combining day shift and night shift. This is a 7 month fixed term contract.Key accountabilities for this role include:Monitoring and reporting on the process plant performance;Documenting all relevant data on the shift reports and maintaining shift diaries with up-to-date information;Communicating directly with the Shift Supervisor to ensure they are fully versed with problems or critical issues that may impact the operation of the plant.YOUR EXPERIENCEAlong with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute and be part of a team, it is essential that you have experience in a similar role within an operational mining environment.You will also have the following:Sound understanding and experience in mineral processing operations;Experience in base metal flotation;High level of understanding of process control systems;Safety focused with the drive to be part of a successful team supporting our company values;Willingness to comply with facial hair standards should you be required to wear a face-fitted mask;Valid 'C' class manual driver's licence; andNational Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.Apply TodayApply today with an up-to-date resume to express your interest in this role.
