Job DescriptionAs our Youth Development Trainee, you will assist in the coordination of youth activities and initiatives alongside our Youth Development Officer. You will support the collection of information to identify youth needs and interests and contribute to the development of strategies to engage our Youth in positive, constructive programs that provide opportunities to develop their skills and experiences and grow their potential.Your enthusiasm and flexibility accompanied with a commitment to supporting the delivery of meaningful Youth Development initiatives will see you make a real difference within our team and community.
