Our client, Collie Ridge Motel Pty Ltd is looking for qualified Chefs and Cooks
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cooking of food
* Creativity and high presentation standards
* Ability to create dishes with consistency
* Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine
* Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes
* Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements
* Achieving all safety hygiene and food quality
* Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
* Cook position: You will hold Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience
* Chef position: AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or 3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
* Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
* Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
