Property Network of Australia is seeking an experienced Office Manager/HR Manager to take on a role working for a reputable commercial real estate agency in Brisbane. As Office Manager/HR, you will oversee administrative, operational, and HR functions within the commercial property sales and leasing and Property Management divisions.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, enhancing efficiency through process optimisation, and managing HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and HR experience, with excellent organisational and leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; manage ordering and stocking.
* Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
* Manage and prioritise executive and team schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle all external communications and prepare and distribute internal communications, including reports and presentations.
* Schedule and organise team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Oversee operational budgets and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Required Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, and human resources. (Commercial real estate experience is a plus)
* Proficiency in office and HR management software.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
