About You - Assistant Store Manager:
You will be part of our management team, leading by example and striving to meet set targets.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service that grows sales and builds loyalty
* Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining Store Standards: Ensuring efficient use of our point-of-sale system and learning solid product knowledge
* Merchandising: Following merchandising and store standards
* Team Support: Supporting the store manager and store team
* Stock Control: Managing stock levels, sales, and quality
* Safety and Security: Following safety and security guidelines
