* Work across Pastry and Larder sections, creating exquisite entrees and desserts.
* Deliver high-quality dishes with a talented team, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie in a premium restaurant.
* Eye for detail and strong time management skills.
* Genuine enthusiasm for contemporary cooking.
* Desire to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
* Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Availability to work nights across a 7-day rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.
