You will be focused on adhering to the highest safety standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement activities.Other key responsibilities will include:Managing compliance with safety procedures and systemsCoordinating the resources required to execute planned maintenance workPlanning and coordinating the execution of reactive work requirements outside of the weekly planning cycleVerifying work systems are being utilized correctly and to the quality requiredAssisting with the development and review of Maintenance Work InstructionsManaging tooling and maintenance spares within the workshopOverseeing site workshop repairsReviewing work requests, participating in planning meetings and providing feedback to the planning departmentReviewing and analyzing maintenance KPIsCommunicating effectively with key stakeholders in the maintenance planning, reliability, capital and Turnaround teamsAbout YouTo ensure success in your application, you will have a proven track record of leading a maintenance team complemented by a mechanical or electrical trade qualification, with experience in a chemical or gas processing plant.You will also have:5 years of maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing plant or similar heavy industrial maintenance environmentQualifications in Engineering or Trade Certification2 years of experience in a supervisory roleSound understanding and experience with:Multidiscipline work environmentMaintenance Management SystemsQuality Management SystemsEmergent Work ManagementContractor ManagementSafety ManagementSAP PM or similar CMMA user capabilityComputer literacy in Microsoft Office ApplicationsThis position will attract competitive remuneration which will include significantly subsidized housing, allowances, and incentives.
