You're Role:
As a Client Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections.
* Manage stock levels and performance according to contract guidelines.
* Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
* Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and promote them to clients.
* Participate in tender walk-throughs and contribute to business growth.
* Adhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices.
* Report and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
* Monitor and support staff in adhering to health and safety policies.
* Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations.
* Manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness.
* Handle staff absences and coordinate relief as needed.
* Performs various daily cleaning tasks on sites and covers for Cleaners when absent or on leave.
* Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly.
* Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports.
* Ensure the secure management of client keys and site access.
Skills and experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
* Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
* Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Customer-focused with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
