What you'll be doing
Join the team as a Health Information and Records Service (HIRS) Officer, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare record-keeping. Your contribution within this team will help streamline processes and contribute to vital clinical data management in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
In this role you will be required to :
* Manage and digitise clinical documents for electronic medical records.
* Assist with the creation of new records and manage records destruction.
* Process offsite storage record requests with efficiency and accuracy.
* Maintain record integrity while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
* Contribute to the seamless integration of hybrid healthcare records.

Selection Criteria :
* Experience in an administrative position and / or knowledge and experience in health administrative functions.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines.
* Proven attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
* Developed computer skills and / or experience with document imaging, patient administration systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent customer service skills with sound oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work as a productive team member and contribute to a positive team culture.
* Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles and how they are applied in the hospital setting.
