About the Role: We're seeking a highly motivated Level 1 Deskside Support Technician to join our fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide remote and on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a passion for technology, a strong work ethic, and perfect communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot and resolve diverse IT issues: hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, etc. Diagnose and fix problems with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and common applications. Perform user administration: account creation, password resets, mailbox management. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians. Document support interactions and resolutions within the ticketing system. Maintain accurate client system and configuration records. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Work effectively independently and collaboratively. Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices. Essential Skills and Experience: 2 years of proven experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients. Strong technical troubleshooting skills across a broad range of IT areas. Perfect communication skills (written and verbal). Professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow. Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car. Must have full working rights in Australia. Perth-based candidates only. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience with ConnectWise or other PSA/RMM tools. Experience supporting legal clients or working in a legal environment. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft 365). Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
