The role
Coordinate, advise, and support Credentialing Officers and key staff from ORRH and relevant non-government agencies on credentialing processes. Provide secretariat support to ORRH-led Credentialing Committees, managing agendas, minutes, correspondence, and information. Ensure quality control of information for Credentialing Committees and conduct necessary follow-up. Review applications for Credentials and Scope of Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with local policies, procedures, credentialing guides, Health Service Directive, and national standards. Maintain and manage the credentialing database, including AHPRA registration details. Ensure integrity of database information and organize files for efficient retrieval. Monitor and maintain current Credentials and Scope of Clinical Practice information to meet data standards and comply with credentialing guides, local policies, and national standards
