We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage professional to work in our bistro during the snow season.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a front of house customer service role or food and beverage role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Senior Coordinator in delivering a high-quality food and beverage experience for all visitors, providing guidance to junior staff, and acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and problem-solving.
Additional responsibilities include coaching, training, and supporting team members, ensuring food is prepared safely, maintaining stock levels, and delegating tasks effectively.
To be successful, you will need to have a Victorian Food Handling certificate, computer literacy, and exceptional time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Food and Beverage Senior Coordinator in delivering a high-quality food and beverage experience.
* Provide guidance to junior staff in the bistro through morning set-ups, food preparation, and daily operations.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and problem-solving.
* Coach, train, and support team members in their roles.
* Maintain stock levels and ensure food is prepared safely.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a front of house customer service role or food and beverage role.
* Victorian Food Handling certificate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy with knowledge of Word, Excel, and general knowledge of apps/databases.
Working Conditions:
You will be required to work weekends and school holidays, and must be available from end of May to September 2025. You will also need to hold full Australian working rights, a current Australian driver's licence, and pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
