Over the years, we've grown into a dynamic and diverse team delivering exceptional projects across Mackay and surrounding regions.With an expanding pipeline of exciting projects, we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and committed HR, Training & Asset Coordinator to join our award-winning team.As a HR, Training and Asset Coordinator, you will support the operational and administrative areas of Human Resources, Training, and Asset Management across our business.ABOUT THE ROLEManaging the recruitment process, including generating job advertisements, screening and shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, and issuing Letters of Offer to successful candidates.Managing the onboarding and offboarding process of all personnel, including collating new starter packages, obtaining required documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for all.Developing and maintaining all team performance review paperwork and development plans.Responding to any internal complaints or HR-related matters with company directors.Managing internal communications, including sending company-wide updates and creating the Fergus Builders quarterly newsletter.Managing workforce training, including identifying training needs, enrolling workers in required programs, maintaining personnel and training records, and developing and implementing training modules through our company training platform.Supporting our carpentry apprentices throughout the term of their apprenticeship.Leading Fergus Builders company training days.Managing Fergus Builders assets, including maintaining asset records, coordinating and scheduling any necessary maintenance or repairs.Managing Fergus Builders social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn under the guidance of our company directors.ABOUT YOU:Previous experience in a HR or training related role (desirable but not essential).Drivers licence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to manage documents, maintain records, and coordinate multiple tasks.Able to work independently and take initiative, while also working as part of a team.Ability to handle sensitive information and matters in a confidential and professional manner.WHY JOIN US?Competitive salary packaging.Ongoing learning and development opportunities.Access to our Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.Be part of a supportive, professional team in a full-time, in-office role based in our Mackay office.This role offers comprehensive in-house training to ensure all necessary skills and knowledge are fully developed for success.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
