In this role, you'll take charge of essential hospital maintenance tasks, ensuring all services meet legislative standards, align with corporate policies, and stay within approved budgets.
You'll oversee maintenance contractors, participate in an after-hours on-call roster, and keep all maintenance activities up to date.You'll work within a collaborative, supportive team and report directly to the Maintenance Manager, handling duties as assigned.Enjoy the convenience of provided tools and free onsite parking!What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to all customers, staff and stakeholders.
You will also have: Relevant experience in facility maintenance service deliveryA working knowledge of commercial air conditioning systemsA willingness to work across trades areas within skill levelsProven experience in external contractor managementUnderstanding of OH&S policies and proceduresSound level of computer literacy skillsAbility to work unsupervised and prioritise tasks effectivelyExperience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles.Experience in previous hospital maintenance roleRemuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.
