The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and values fantastic customer service.Responsibilities:Liaise with major clients/developers regarding maintenance status for projects within the Defect Liability Period.Check & review maintenance and warranty reports.Monthly reporting to senior management, providing updates on key client projects and department productivities.Managing customer complaints and coming to fair and reasonable resolutions.Forecasting incoming jobs to dispense workloads appropriately to the team.Overseeing a team of 3 employees to effectively manage KPIs and targets.Ensuring prompt responses to customer requests, and follow up issues to satisfactory completion.Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and NCC for defect rectification standards.Skills and Strengths:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Building & Construction Cert 4 or equivalent advantageous.Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and time management skills.A solid understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards.A passion for customer service, and flexibility to accommodate customer needs.Solutions-oriented & ability to manage and motivate a team.Please send your resume and cover letter detailing what you will bring to this role.
