Requirements:
1. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities including managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
2. The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, and that service staff are trained in procedures.
3. The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
4. The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, providing training, scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals, and ensuring Crew receive recognition and motivation throughout their employment.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
