Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to coordinate a suitable time and place for an inspection, along with other forms of contact with third parties to help support and assist our purchasing team.Calculate travel times and distance between jobs to assure they are booked in the most efficient way.Manage and plan our interstate Inspectors weekly calendar.Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled professionally.Collating supporting documentation to form a purchase contract.Our ideal applicant would need to possess: Exemplary data entry skills.Ability to work as part of a team, provide effective communication.Impeccable time management and attention to detail skills.Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.Proven experience owning and resolving customer's queries.The position offers continual training as well as career development opportunities for ambitious individuals.
