THE POSITION
New and exciting opportunities have become available for motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our dynamic teams in the Seaford and Mornington showrooms. These roles are ideal for passionate salespeople, with a knack for engaging customers and driving sales results. You will play a crucial part in our company's success by providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Previous experience with hard flooring, tiles and Bathroomware will be an advantage but the right person with a winning attitude is encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
5. Greet and engage with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
6. Understand customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
8. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
10. Ensure the sales showroom is tidy and visually appealing.
11. Process transactions and handle payments.
12. Participate in training and development programs.
KPI’s
13. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
14. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, aiming for positive feedback.
15. Efficiently manage and close sales, with a focus on increasing average transaction value.
16. Demonstrable growth in product knowledge and expertise.

18. Contribution to team sales goals and overall store performance.
WHATS ON OFFER
19. This is a full-time position, five days per week, worked between Monday – Saturday. Weekday hours between 8.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday hours are between 9.00am – 4.00pm.
