They are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join their team.
The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising creative and high-performing campaigns for a diverse range of clients.The Paid Media Specialist will work closely with Performance Specialists and the social media and web development departments to enhance strategic advertising initiatives.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work from their offices in either Adelaide or Sydney.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various platforms, predominantly Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management.Develop and refine Google Ads best practices, sharing insights on ad structures, funnels, KPIs, and other key strategies.Optimise campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.Create and test ad variations to improve conversions and ROAS.Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure positive results within allocated budgets.Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance and recommendations.Manage key client accounts and hold regular meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and optimisation of campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and align advertising strategies with marketing objectives.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing.Very strong knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation.Familiarity with Microsoft Ads.Deep understanding of key ecommerce metrics such as MER, LTV, and CAC, with a proven ability to optimise these metrics.Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Proficiency in managing social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms.Experience setting up and running campaigns for multiple accounts.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, targeting, and conversion optimisation.Experience with platforms like Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar.Ability to analyse Landing Page performance and provide insight-driven recommendations.Experience with A/B testing methodologies and creating/testing ad variations.Knowledge of ad tracking and attribution methods to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.Comfortable taking ownership of media budgets, targets, and forecasts, and pitching for larger budgets.Stellar verbal and written communication skills and strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse clients.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or an ecommerce environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; additional digital marketing certifications are a plus.Google Ads certification, GA4, and Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.Demonstrated success in driving ROI and improving key performance metrics through paid advertising campaigns.Previous experience in producing analytical reports.If you are interested in joining their team, I encourage you to apply now!Application Process:We will begin screening and interviewing suitable candidates immediately upon receiving their applications.
