About the opportunity The Customer Service officer works in the luxurious Kingston display home and works closely with the Sales Consultant. The key focus of this role is to greet customers, pre-qualify and support them in their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will: Welcome visitors to the fully furnished Kingston display home Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home Qualify customers and provide exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions Support the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achieved Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments within Wilson Homes and the NEX Building Group Support customers through the new home sales process About you You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
