The Opportunity Thanks to the ongoing success of the business, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager. Reporting to the Director and alongside a supportive team, this is a key role within the business supporting existing customers and seeking new opportunities. Day to day: Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships Provide advice, suggest solutions and prepare quotes for customer needs Interpret parts requirements and ensure timely delivery Nurture the existing customer base and seek out areas where you can add more value Establish new customer relationships About You We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, ideally from a fast-paced environment and who thrives in a competitive atmosphere: A proven track record in a sales or account management role Experience maintaining and establishing new relationships Exposure to a high volume and fast paced predominantly in-house phone based sales role Experience in HVAC, or as a parts interpreter or from an automotive service business is desirable Excellent communication skills and tech savvy The Benefits On offer is a generous salary package, flexible working environment and clear pathways for progression.
