As our Data Governance Manager, you'll set the direction for data governance across the organisation and drive governance initiatives.To be successful, you will possess: An understanding of the telco industry.DMBOK certification preferred / EDM council membership.5+years of experience in a similar role, or proven track record in implementing data governance and leading major projects in a complex environment.Experience in leading, managing and execution data risk management and data governance initiatives in a global organisation.Experience with data management and data governance concepts and frameworks.Strong stakeholder management change management and communication skills.Experience with data compliance and regulatory requirements when working across various privacy jurisdictions (APP, GDPR, CCPA etc).Ability to roll-out data governance technologies such as collibra, alation, talend, infogix etc.Experience in developing data breach plans, data literacy, data policy implementation, data ownership, stewardship and business metadata.Ability to operate at various levels of the organization, up to executive level.Intellectual curiosity, with the ability to look at a problem from all sides in order to recognize issues and opportunities and recommend solutions and courses of action to achieve desired outcomes.Passion for analytics and data-driven decision making How you'll support our "Why"...
