About the Role
This role operates with limited direction, undertaking moderately complex tasks within an integrated workforce. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong professional relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute project/product delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, risk, budget, and resource management.
2. Support the Capability Manager in developing and progressing project/product submissions per One Defence Capability System requirements (e.g., gates, reviews, committees).
3. Facilitate Fundamental Input to Capability (FIC) integration through high stakeholder engagement and strong relationships.
4. Develop, update, and maintain project/product governance documentation (e.g., iPMP).
5. Perform project/product reporting using relevant management systems (e.g., PPRIP, SPMS).
6. Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities.
7. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) guidance and mentorship to project/product team members.
8. Ensure compliance with CASG BMS, Project Controls Function policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Collaborate with Commonwealth and Managed Service Provider (MSP) teams to achieve project outcomes.
