Managing vendor relationships leveraged to complete audio-visual projects.Managing strategic contracts including the Standard Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply of AV goods and services, including leading the process for renewal of the arrangement.Leading effective management of court audio-visual technology assets, including forward planning for asset renewal in consultation with business areas.Effectively manage program budgets, applying relevant financial delegations and ensuring all program procurement complies with departmental policy.Effectively manage human resources including the professional development of team members.Identify and maximise the benefits resulting from the investment in DJAG Court technology.Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability Experience in managing large programs and projects, ideally audio-visual technology.Knowledge and experience working in a court context, including working with the judiciary.Work independently, completing workload within established timeframes and adjusting priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.Speak and negotiate effectively with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.Work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.Read, comprehend and interpret technical and business documents.Write concise, logical and grammatically correct business documents.Contribute to workplace equity, diversity, respect and inclusion.Perform role in accordance with public service principles of integrity and impartiality, promoting the public good, commitment to the system of government, accountability and transparency.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
