Duties include:
* Oversee Treasury Operations: Effectively manage and supervise various Treasury systems and processes, adhering to industry standards to ensure optimal performance and accuracy from the outset.
* Identify Financial Discrepancies: Detect and resolve financial discrepancies using sophisticated analytical tools and techniques. Your ability to swiftly diagnose and address issues will be vital for maintaining financial integrity.
* Conduct Financial Audits: Regularly perform audits and inspections to prevent errors and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Implement proactive measures to ensure continuous and efficient treasury operations.
* Optimise Financial Strategies: Adjust and refine financial strategies to enhance performance and efficiency, aligning with both operational objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Client Relations: Deliver outstanding service and support to clients, addressing their financial concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the Treasury solutions provided.
* Ensure Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all regulatory protocols and industry standards, ensuring a compliant and secure working environment. Stay informed on the latest regulatory practices and standards.
General Qualifications
* Candidates must be open to relocating to Australia.
* Australian PR candidates are first preference.
* Relocation expenses would fall on the candidate; therefore, they need to be in a financial position to make the move.
* Candidates with a relevant visa would stand a higher chance of being considered for the role.
* An English test as well as a skills assessment will be required for the purpose of the visa.

Requirements
* Strong educational background through tertiary education
* Strong quantitative experience and training in your early career aligned to the Treasury domain
* Proven working experience with one of the leading banks and insurance firms in a Treasury position
* Experience across the following domains:
o Capital Management
o Liquidity
o Funding
o FTP
* Broader Balance Sheet Management
