* Problem lifecycle management: Analyze root causes, identify known errors and coordinate actions with resolver groups to resolve issues.
* Problem management reporting: Review problem trends to plan and drive improvements.
* Risk identification: Contribute to risk management plans, establish risk controls and perform risk mitigation activities.
* Audits and Compliance: Ensure process documentation and work instructions are up-to-date and accessible.
* Continuous Improvement: Prevent issue recurrence by identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Tertiary qualification or technical/process background in a similar field.
* Demonstrated incident and problem management experience.
* Solid understanding of problem management techniques.
* Experience within a service operations/service assurance function in an ICT environment.
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
