With so much opportunity, what is your career path? THE ROLE As an Operations Manager you will lead our Council Contracts division in Cairns. The main responsibility of this role is to lead our team to effectively manage daily operational goals for our various contracts in the region. This role calls for a ‘hands-on’ and tenacious leader who is driven to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in transport operations. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
