Job Description The Opportunity:We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Trainer/Assessor to deliver SIR30216 - Certificate III in Retail, within a face-to-face classroom setting based in Welby, Southern Highlands NSW.This role calls for a passionate and dedicated retail trainer with extensive experience delivering training to students in supported work environments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilising a range of delivery techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.This opportunity provides an excellent daily rate, along with support from one of our experienced and dedicated Program Coordinators. Join us in shaping the future workforce by sharing your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of retail professionals!As the successful candidate, you must be available to:Commit to face-to-face training 1 day per weekDeliver on a WednesdayAble to commute to Welby, Southern Highlands NSW.Able to commence in AprilHave industry currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Retail (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence.Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)Demonstrate experience in face-to-face delivery and assessment of training programsShow experience with a range of delivery techniques to accommodate diverse learning stylesHave a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.Possess an understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.Exhibit a high level of interpersonal and communication skillsHave experience delivering to students with diverse learning needsHold a Working with Children CheckHave NDIS Check/Clearance As the Casual/Contract Trainer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Conducting training and assessment including preparation of session plans, student support, tracking, reporting student attendance, and completing relevant administrative tasks.
