Job Description
We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Engineering Surveyor, Surveyor, Construction Estimator, and Occupational Health and Safety Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Manager: Lead and coordinate projects across various sectors, managing the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Construction Project Manager: Oversee construction projects from conception through completion, scheduling, budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and coordinating between contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
* Engineering Surveyor: Provide precise measurements and data for engineering projects, conducting field surveys, processing data, and creating detailed reports to aid in the design and execution of engineering projects.
* Surveyor: Perform field measurements and collect data that will inform the planning and design of land development projects, preparing site plans and records, and ensuring accurate measurements for legal and construction purposes.
* Construction Estimator: Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs, preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
* Occupational Health and Safety Advisor: Review WHS safety management plans, policies, and procedures, enact safety standards out on site, office, or relevant projects, and ensure WHS KPI's are being met daily, weekly, and monthly.
